Plat típic dels pescadors de Calafell .Consta primer d’un suquet fet a partir de peix de roca, patates i all i oli. A continuació, amb el mateix brou es cou una cassola d’arròs i una de fideus fins.

Plato típico de los pescadores de Calafell. Consta primero de un “suquet” hecho con pescado de roca, patatas y “all i oli”. A continuación, con el mismo caldo se cuece una cazuela de arroz y una de fideos finos.
